The delegation of the China Communications Construction Company payed a working visit to the sea port Zarubino

On 1 December 2017 the delegation of 24 people from China Communications Construction Company Limited (“CCCC”) payed the visit at the seaport Zarubino (the project of DVZT). This visit was a result of the meeting on 1 November 2017 of Yuri Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and Presidential Envoy to the Far Eastern Federal District and the leadership of China Communications Construction Company during which agreement was reached on the preparation of a feasibility study for the construction (modernization) of transport infrastructure projects for development of ITC “Primorye-1” and “Primorye-2”. These projects are a key to improvement of transport accessibility, to increasing trade between China and Russia.

The project of construction of a Specialized grain terminal in the seaport Zarubino was presented by the CEO Advisor of DVZT Alexey Koutenev. He presented to the Chinese delegation land plots, where the future grain terminal will be situated, existing infrastructure facilities, the projected capacities and transport junctions.

The meeting was held with the support of Ministry for the Development of Russian Far East, Far East Investment and Export agency, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and the Administration of Primorsky region.

DVZT LLC is a subsidiary company of JSC United grain company (JSC UGC), implementing the project of construction of a Specialized grain terminal with transshipment capacity of 3 million tons with the possibility of increasing the volume up to 10 million tons per year.
